Welcome to Thai Tradition Massage. By booking an appointment or receiving services at our facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Cancellations
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
- We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a price adjustment.
2. Payment & Pricing
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and valid gift certificates.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice.
3. Gift Certificates
- All gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
- Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
4. Code of Conduct
- We maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
- Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and your information may be reported to authorities if necessary.
- Security cameras are in use for safety and compliance purposes.
5. Health & Safety
- Please inform your therapist of any injuries, health concerns, or sensitivities prior to your session.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is ill or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
6. Liability
- Thai Tradition Massage is not responsible for any unforeseen allergic reactions or conditions that may arise during or after treatment.
