Membership Terms & Conditions

  1. No Long-Term Contracts
    Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment required.
  2. Rollover of Unused Sessions
    Any unused sessions within a membership month can be rolled over to the following month, as long as the membership remains active.
  3. Sharing Benefits
    Members can share their sessions with friends and family. Sharing is permitted during the active membership period.
  4. Membership Cancellation
    You may cancel your membership at any time. However, upon cancellation, any unused accrued sessions must be utilized within 30 days of the cancellation date. After 30 days, any remaining sessions will expire and cannot be redeemed.
  5. Non-Refundable Policy
    Membership fees and accrued sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  6. Appointment Scheduling
    All appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
  7. Membership Transfer
    Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the member or their designated friends and family.
  8. Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify the membership terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
  9. Compliance with Policies
    All members are expected to comply with our general spa policies and procedures during their visits.
